The Hands On At Work team are back from today!!! Visiting workplaces across the UK to provide our on-site treatments. However, we know that for some however, the new way of working may be different with a hybrid system of workplace and working from home. We’ve got you covered!
We have a selection of ways to keep you all healthy and happy with onsite services, online workshops and pre-recorded activities no matter where you are working from.

Online via Zoom
A chair-based yoga session that runs through sequences people can continue to use at their desk on a daily basis. The sequences are short as the idea is to teach a few stretches that people can use to build healthy habits while working. With some people working remotely, it would be great to offer this a couple of times a week as a way to bring the team together.
45 minutes workshop that includes a desk yoga sequence and some relaxation techniques.
A one- hour workshop covering:
· What is mindfulness
· A few short mindfulness exercises involving movement, sound, touch & breath.
· How we can integrate this into our lives.
Laughter Yoga Workshops
What is Laughter Yoga?
Laughter Yoga is a combination of gentle stretching, breathing and laughter exercises.
It is a great way to reduce stress and will lift your mood in minutes.
Zoom Laughter workshops last about 45 minutes and includes a lovely relaxation towards the end.

Online Yoga – 45 minutes session via Zoom
Requirements for taking part:
Enough space to lie down
A Yoga or fitness mat, but otherwise a carpet, rug, towel.
Cushions and a blanket to hand are optional but helpful to pad any sensitive knees when kneeling, or to sit on for more comfort.
Classes are for mixed abilities with lots of options to adapt to different bodies and needs.
These are a series of videos for each subject for your unlimited use over a specific period of time e.g. 3 months or 6 months
Desk Yoga mini sessions
Series of 6 x 15 minutes (approx. time) guided desk yoga sessions, ideal for finishing team meetings or at the start or the end of the day
A series of 6 videos (approx. running times between 20 – 30 minutes) guiding you through meditative gentle movements ideal for all ages and abilities leaving you feeling calm, refreshed and refocused. Great for bringing teams together and reminding us that self-care is most important.
Peace, Calm, Harmony sessions
Created by the QiKi Gong team, 4 x 6 minutes (approx. running time) videos of mindful videos of nature photos and affirmations for well deserved mini breaks during or at the end of the day.

Seated Acupressure Massage
A seated massage over clothes for the back, neck and shoulders, arms and hands, carried out over clothes and without oils. Ideal for relieving muscle aches and pains and time to switch off. Sessions available between 10 – 30 minutes duration*
*In accordance with Government Guidelines during the pandemic, additional time will also be required for enhanced hygiene and ventilation measures to be in place.
