Discover how to develop a healthy and motivated workplace in 2019

Discover how to develop a healthy and motivated workplace in 2019

Are you looking to improve the health and wellbeing, engagement and motivation of your employees to ensure your organisation thrives?

Kathy and Chantall have been working very hard over the last few months on several projects and one of those is a networking event in partnership with Newman Health & Wellbeing, Virgin Care Private and Wakeman Nutrition.

Together, we already deliver a range of workplace packages to businesses across the West Midlands, so it made perfect sense to organise an event.  We’re all Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce members, it made even more sense for them to host the event.

At our ‘Discover how to develop a healthy and motivated workplace in 2019’ event, you’ll find out how to develop a healthy and motivated workplace through a series of talks and a Q&A session together with some complimentary mini massages thrown in!

Outcomes:

  • Learn how you can improve the health and wellbeing of your employees
  • Learn how to engage and motivate your employees to ensure your organisation thrives

Let’s tell you a little about everyone…

Newman Health & Wellbeing is a Birmingham based wellbeing centre consisting of a counselling and psychotherapy service alongside their wellbeing in the workplace service.

Hands On At Work encourages businesses to create a health and wellbeing plan by providing on site massage and other wellbeing services together with after care advice to ensure the benefits are long lasting.

Virgin Care Private is a new, easy way to get well and live well offering on-demand doctor and consultant appointments, comprehensive health check-ups and physio appointments.

Wakeman nutrition – Mel Wakeman is a registered nutritionist whose remit includes working with clients to help them shift their unhealthy eating habits by creating a more positive and healthy lifestyle.

Joining forces creates the perfect partnership to support and raise awareness about wellness in the workplace, along with best practice to businesses across the West Midlands.  Employees who feel supported and valued are less likely to leave and more likely to experience increased levels of motivation and wellbeing.
