Name of company: The Queen Elizabeth Academy
The Commission: To provide staff with a well-being session for a short massage as they start
our busiest part of the year in the lead up to student external exams.
The organisation: TQEA part of the Academy Transformation Trust
The aim: To reward and motivate staff through the opportunity for a well-being workplace massage
The delivery: Two lovely ladies came to provide staff with massages on a staff training day.
The difference made: Staff felt valued and cared for at a busy time of year. Whole team inclusion from care-taking, cleaning, admin and support through to teaching and senior staff.
